Interestingly, the creators of the Last Airbender WII video game didn’t take the route as what could be described as the classic formula that other video game creators normally follow, pattern the game after the movie. A pleasant surprise nonetheless, the game follows the viewpoint of the story’s antagonist, Prince Zoku, going through the pinnacle scenes of the movie version. And although the movie can be very noticeable in the game, it’s the different perspective that creates the fresh breath of air in the game.

Overall, game play of the Last Airbender WII video game is relatively easy, in fact, even though it has been granted a T rating for Teens, the game itself was devoid of excessive violence and gore and what you mostly get is the amazing action whether you choose to play as Aang, Zoku, or the Blue Spirit. While fighting and hitting one another does connote violence, there is nothing more in this video game that a child will not see in action themed carton shows, or hard hitting slapstick TV shows.

The excitement flows through easily through the game and half the fun is discovering the different attacks that each character can utilize, with the Blue Spirit for example, which is the ninja doppelganger of Zoku, you will have loads of fun time learning and mastering its various unique weapons, stealth maneuvers, and the tricky smoke bombs. With Zoku, you will be able to possess the power of firebombs for your attacks, as well as high power blasts and others to defeat your enemy.

And there is of course Aaang, with his airbending powers, you will be able to get control of the environment and manipulate it to your advantage. Create tornadoes and air vortexes, bend air and fire, simply by using the Nintendo Wii remote and the nunchuck in a variety of movements. You even get to use both hand held gadgets for aiming and shooting fireballs!

The Last Airbender WII video game brings innovative and cutting edge Wii physics designs and ground breaking particle systems technology creates the stunning emergence of the movie into a seemingly real life experience in a role playing game. A new telekinesis system feature created for the game gives the player the power to control the surroundings and be able to get unheard of command and depth combating your foes.

Aside from the fantastic gameplay, the Last Airbender WII video game also offers level upon level of action-filled excitement and fun. There is also the Arena Mode Battles where each player can choose to play as Aang, Zoku, or the Blue Spirit in a selectable arena and fight off hordes of enemies.

And because the controls are very simple and the required movements are not complex, any one in the family can have a great time playing this game.
